WHO WE ARE

Kirby W. Johnson is an Equity Partner of Campione Law P.A. and has successfully assisted hundreds of northeast Florida personal injury clients since he began practicing in 2014. We are grateful to have him join our civil litigation trial team. Mr. Johnson focuses his practice on litigating automobile, slip & fall, negligent security, products liability, boating accident, and wrongful death cases throughout the state of Florida. Personal service for his clients is Mr. Johnson’s top priority.

Unlike many “settlement mills” that settle cases for pennies on the dollar, Mr. Johnson is an experienced litigator with the knowledge, skills and confidence required to take cases to trial, when justice so requires. Mr. Johnson has tried personal injury cases in both Florida and Federal Courts. One of Mr. Johnson’s most recent jury trials resulted in a $495,000,000.00 wrongful death verdict, one of the largest verdicts in the history of the state of Florida. Mr. Johnson was raised in Clay County, Florida and has called northeast Florida his home for his entire life. Mr. Johnson is married to Rose Johnson, a nurse at one of Jacksonville’s most respected hospitals, and they have two young children.
