WHO WE ARE

Jack A. Krumbein is a trial lawyer at Campione Law, P.A. He is a Florida Supreme Court Circuit Court Certified Mediator and musician. His passion as an attorney is taking cases to jury trial because he fundamentally believes in governance “by the people.” He has had tremendous success with traumatic brain injury cases with recoveries in the millions of dollars involving trucking accidents, electrical injury, low speed low property damage auto cases, as well accidents involving bicycles. His experience in personal injury has resulted in successful outcomes in difficult cases involving out of state trucking accidents with jurisdictional exceptions in accessing Florida courts, low speed low property damage, as well as premise liability involving transient substances and other defects.

In the commercial litigation context, Jack has litigated toxic tort, breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, aiding and abetting breach of fiduciary duty, beach of partnership, tortious interference with business relationships/contracts, fraud, misrepresentation, private nuisance, and the application of the Religious Freedom Restoration Act of 1993 to private employers as relates to vaccination of employees during the COVID-19 pandemic. He has also successfully litigated and tried first party property insurance claims, both residential and commercial including business interruption, hurricane, roof claims, and a myriad of other damages. His belief in humanity has caused him to take on difficult humanitarian cases involving immigration/asylum cases to the Supreme Court of the United States, and he has argued before the 1st District Court of Appeals challenging the standard of Actual Malice as against a public figure.
