WHO WE ARE

Samuel Hartiens is a dedicated personal injury attorney at Campione Law’s downtown Jacksonville office, licensed to practice in both Florida and federal court. He represents individuals and families in various matters related to personal injury, guiding each case from its earliest stages through resolution. Before joining Campione Law, Mr. Hartiens gained invaluable experience defending insurance companies, giving him unique insight into how insurers evaluate and fight claims. He now uses that knowledge to strategically level the playing field and secure justice for the injured.

Mr. Hartiens has secured millions of dollars in compensation for injury victims and their families. He has obtained numerous six- and seven-figure recoveries, including a $2,000,000.00 settlement in 2025. These results reflect his commitment to achieving justice and maximizing compensation for those he represents.

Originally from the eastern panhandle of West Virginia, Mr. Hartiens graduated from West Virginia University and Washburn University School of Law. Prior to attending Washburn, he was the Editor-in-Chief of the Florida Coastal Law Review, where he published Volume 21 of the Florida Coastal Law Journal. Mr. Hartiens is also a published author, with works cited in a variety of legal academia.

In his free time, Mr. Hartiens enjoys playing drums, snowboarding, scuba diving, and working out.
