WHO WE ARE

Jason Silva is the Lead Attorney for Campione Law’s VA Disability and Florida Workers’ Compensation division. He is dedicated to serving those who have served us, our nation’s veterans and first responders, by helping them secure the benefits they have earned and deserve.

Before joining Campione Law, Jason focused his legal career on advocating for disabled veterans and injured workers. As a VA-accredited attorney, he is passionate about guiding clients all over the United States through the complex systems that affect those who have sacrificed for others.

Jason earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of California, San Diego, where he attended on a Navy ROTC scholarship. After sustaining injuries in a car accident that forced him to leave the program, he turned to the law as a way to continue serving others. He earned his law degree from Liberty University School of Law, where he spent a year with Virginia Legal Aid’s Lynchburg office representing underrepresented clients. That experience strengthened his commitment to ensuring access to justice for veterans and first responders alike.

Deeply connected to his Filipino heritage, Jason serves on the board of Jax Filipinos, a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting and connecting the Filipino community in Jacksonville. He also serves as President of the Jacksonville Asian American Bar Association.

In his free time, Jason enjoys Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and traveling the world with his wife and two daughters.
