Seth Studer joined Campione Law, P.A as an Associate Attorney in January 2025 and handles all aspects of litigation for the firm. Seth is a zealous advocate ready to go the extra mile for his clients. Prior to joining Campione Law, Seth served as a Public Defender in Clay County and spent seven years in private practice fighting the State of Florida and Big Insurance Companies.

Throughout his career, Seth has demonstrated the expertise, creativity and initiative necessary to give clients peace of mind and take their fight on. Seth is here to serve you for all your needs involving Personal Injury, Civil Litigation and Criminal Defense.

Seth Studer is a graduate of Tulane University School of Law in New Orleans, Louisiana. During his time there, he interned for a private criminal defense firm in Jacksonville, Florida and for the Office of the State Attorney, 4th Judicial Circuit. Additionally, he completed approximately 1000 hours of pro bono service in the Appeals Division of the Orleans Parish District Attorney’s Office. Seth was awarded the Tulane Law Dean’s Scholarship. Prior to attending Law School, Seth received his Bachelor of Arts at the University of Florida.

Since becoming an attorney, Seth has joined and served in several local associations. Most notably, he served as President of the Clay County Bar Association in 2022. Seth has also been a member of the Chester Bedell Inn of Court, Jacksonville Bar Association, Jacksonville Justice Association and the Florida Justice Association. Finally, Seth has routinely volunteered as a Judge for the Clay County Teen Court program since 2013.

Seth has spent a vast majority of his life in the Jacksonville area, and he currently resides in Clay County with his wife and two daughters. In his spare time, he enjoys playing harmonica, supporting the Jacksonville Jaguars, golfing, and spending time with his family.
