WHO WE ARE

Stephen R. Smith is an Associate Attorney of Campione Law, P.A. and focuses primarily on real estate, landlord-tenant, and small business matters.

Stephen received his undergraduate degree in History from the University of Florida and his Juris Doctor from Willamette University College of Law in Salem, OR, where he earned a Merit Scholarship, with a focus on business law. Stephen also received his Master of Business Administration from Willamette University, with a focus on international management, and studied abroad at EM Strasbourg Business School in Strasbourg, France.

While in law school, Stephen worked in the law library, served as an assistant to one of the “world’s leading experts on US and comparative conflicts of law,” Dean Emeritus Symeon Symeonides, and served as an assistant to Professor Aaron Simowitz.

Stephen was born in Cleveland, Ohio, and grew up in Gainesville, Florida. Outside of the courtroom, he enjoys traveling, playing video games, and watching movies and sports (especially his beloved Florida Gators).
