Peyton is a proud graduate of the University of South Florida, where he honed his academic skills before earning his Juris Doctor (JD) degree from Nova Southeastern University in Davie, Florida. This comprehensive education has equipped him with the knowledge and skills needed to effectively advocate for individuals who have suffered injuries due to negligence.

Originally hailing from Charleston, West Virginia, Peyton now calls Jacksonville, Florida, home. Beyond the courtroom, Peyton is an avid tennis player, enjoys surfing along the Florida coast, and is a devoted college football fan.
